Hailing from the filthy bar basements and broken sound systems of early ‘00s NYC, Louisahhh’s career trajectory has spanned celebrated stages of festivals from Sonar, Dour and ADE, to renowned clubs like Trésor, Razzmatazz and Fabric and runways of Versace and Stella McCartney. Equal parts punk rock and raw techno, high fashion and high priestess, feral rhythm and warrior queen, Louisahhh manages to straddle different genres and diverse scenes with integrity and delight. Whether as a DJ, frontwoman of ‘LOUISAHHH LIVE BAND’, or part of the dynamic collaboration with creative partner Maelstrom, Louisahhh’s powerful voice and ferocious stage presence are undeniable and infectious from the mosh pit to the dance floor. Hailed by NPR as ‘the missing link between Nine Inch Nails and Yeah Yeah Yeahs’, Louisahhh continues her creative evolution in 2024 with a ‘solo hybrid’ show, bringing together her trademark “defiant, barbed wire techno” (- Resident Advisor) DJ chops with her “brutal and brazen” (-Paper Magazine) live vocals.

feels kinda surreal to be saying this, but i have a brand new EP coming out on March 13th, featuring vocals from the iconic @louisahhh and she is coming all the way from paris to philly to DJ a goth/industrial set at @shadowplayphl for the release party alongside @ebgiii & I that night, which happens to also be FRIDAY THE 13TH🦇 AND for one night only, @thereisnoguestlist is letting us take over downstairs at @the_barbary 😈 meanwhile upstairs, we are blessed w/ philly superstars @qrtrmusic & @jewelssea 🚨 more about the EP! it's titled MOVE and includes two of my very first productions that i started on hardware without a computer and then finalized later in ableton. ✨ best way i can describe them is: high energy-emotional-goth-trance/electro ballads featuring Louisahhh's signature voice on both tracks: A. MOVE YOU B.
