@sp_nullfilm Thanks for bringing me on to get creative with the charred severed head prop for your latest short project “Wide Asleep.” No time or budget to do life casts or mold making so I got creative modifying doll heads. I made two variants — one haircutting practice doll with hair and the other a hairless Mehron makeup practice doll head. Seb decided he liked the shape of the bald Mehron guy more but wanted to have hair sturdy enough to grab. I drilled a few holes into the plastic, pulled some chunks of hair through, and anchored it all together with a band so it wouldn’t slip or fall off. Then I used a bunch of crepe hair to fill in the rest of the hair and give it that frizzled look. Special shout out to @kittyhorsman who took care of the prop on set and added some blood and other gore dressing! ✨ Last year I created this fun and silly Seahawk cosplay from She-Ra and The Princesses of Power to wear for a night at the multi genre convention, @dragoncon . Every part of the cosplay was made by me including transforming an old wig I acquired from a neighbor who was cleaning out her attic and was giving away some Halloween and fancy dress costumes and wigs. Allegedly human hair and definitely very old — it was a fun little project! I didn’t finish knotting my mustachio in time for the convention so had to improvise with crepe hair and makeup. Season 2 of @appletv ’s Invasion was full of assisting with dead bodies, injury fx, blood, pre-painting wounds, and prosthetics application. Nearly all pieces supplied by @kmeffectsltd . But I did get to create a couple lacerations which I sculpted, moulded, and ran the silicone for all on the makeup truck. Really enjoyed my time as the main team trainee assisting with all the gore as well as looking after some of the cast doubles, day players, and SAs along with @francesdehavas & @h0lliej0 for the UK block! Playing with hair color! I cut their hair a few days ago and we chatted about doing something fun with color. Et voila — burnt orange color block! Lightened with Schwartzkopf Blondme developer system first then combined @pulpriothair Nuclear orange with a few drops of @strawberryleopardhair Merlot to get this vibrant shade!

Synthetic wig revival! This 13 year old wig has been through a lot but she’s still got it! After a bit of TLC, diluted fabric softener spray, and steamed roller set she was ready to take on MCM London ComicCon.
