Fulton County Library System Joins Forces with @dragoncon to Celebrate Reading! If you're a fan of sci-fi, fantasy, horror, comics, or basically anything awesome, we have news for you! The Fulton County Library System has partnered with Dragon Con! Together, we're encouraging every reader, gamer, and genre fan in our community to take part in the Dragon Awards, one of the coolest fan-voted awards programs out there. Here's where your library card comes in. We have resources across nearly every single one of those categories. Physical books, e-books, audiobooks, graphic novels, comics, streaming services, and even physical DVDs and Blu-rays, you can check out for free! We also host tabletop and video gaming programs. So if you've been enjoying any of it lately, why not make your voice heard? Here's how it works: Now through July 12, 2026 — Nominations are open at awards.dragoncon.org. You get one nomination per category, so choose your favorites! Early August 2026 — Final nominees are announced, and voting opens. Your ballot arrives by email via SurveyMonkey. September 3–7, 2026 — Dragon Con weekend in downtown Atlanta! Voting closes Saturday night (September 6), and winners are announced live at the convention.
