When I saw this fabric in the shop all the way back in 2016, it was the best fabric I had ever seen. I bought an excessive amount, and started an improv quilt. I soon realized I did not like how it was coming together, but I loved the fabric so much that I moved it with me (multiple times), and couldn’t let it go. I have been whittling down the rest of the fabric in various projects through the years (all of which bring me joy), but I could never figure out what to do with the improv panel I had started.
Recently I realized that what I didn’t like as a quilt would make a great bag, and I had just enough sewn together to turn my longest running UFO into a Doable Duffle.
Best idea ever! I still love this fabric, and I am so excited to not feel bad every time I come across it in my stash, and instead get to enjoy using it!
