Sharing this a bit late but this Saturday, May 9th, I'll be hosting a free cyanotype workshop at @paintedbrideac from 11am-2pm exploring the Parkside, Philadelphia neighborhood and its ongoing legacy. These works, along with a few of my own works in progress, will be shown in Between Matriarchs, May 13th from 6-8pm back at @paintedbrideacLink in bio but feel free to just pop up.Speaking of pop-ups, I'll be at the @villageofindustryandart tomorrow with @monumentlab co-leading a collage workshop as part of their annual Monument Lab Summit.See you soon

some works on Black birdingThis Saturday's archiving collage workshop at @glenfoerd is sold out ( ) but catch me at these upcoming functions.This Friday, April 24th, I'll be at @barnesfoundation putting pictures in motion celebrating the new Freedom Dreams exhibition with a flipbook making activity. I'll also be showing the latest update to the zoetrope installation.This Sunday, April 26th I'll be hosting a free cyanotype workshop at the Fairmount Arts Crawl revisioning The Cut with @therailparkOn Tuesday, April 28 from 6-8 pm, I'll be part of an Artist Talk discussing my work in the current exhibition of Brownin' @inliquidartSaturday, May 16th, I'll be back @philaathenaeum leading a collage workshop using Philadelphia based imagery to remember and imagine this city.Thursday, May 30th I'll be co hosting a free birding event with @tb_wildlife_photography celebrating Black Birders Week back at @glenfoerdNo, this isn't all.Yes, I'm tired but I'm more excited to see y'all.Links in bio

Between Matriarchs, paper collage, 2026Thankful to be selected as part of the @paintedbrideartcenter Proof of Life Residency!During my time, I'll continue my previous work of remembering Philadelphia's Bottom and Parkside neighborhoods. Through a series of interviews facilitated by the amazing Tash Rayon, I'll be sitting with some of the matriarchs of these rich communities, developing visual & audio works inspired by their narratives. My goal is to preserve the fleeting nature of memory that these spaces hold and I'm sincerely grateful to uplift these voices.Also, I'll be showing a few new works for "Brownin" at the @inliquidart opening Thursday, April 9th from 6-9p.
