“and by faith, Oluwaseun kept right on going, because she kept her eyes on the One who is invisible.”
Day 6 of the HLPF 🇺🇳
proudly repping Nigerian in @made_seams .
my name is Seun and I’m just a changemaker deeply invested in raising other young changemakers in Africa. this is a long overdue re-introduction; in an almost 10-year story of growth summed up into a minute reel. some of you have been here since the start; some of you just became new friends. thank you all again for being a part of this beautiful journey. i share bits of it here once in a while, but today, you share a bit about yourself with me. I simply would love to meet you too. 🤍
Big day for @tds.africa at the #socialsummit2025 | proud to be EXHIBITING at the UN along with my team and showcasing the amazing work of our students at the Development School!
For our exhibition, we took every visitor through key parts of our story: our inception, challenges, educational approach, and the inspiring stories of our students leading their own social development projects. we also showcased our guidebook (a major highlight!), which has now secured us some partners across West Africa. finally, we got to collect data from every visitor on their change-making work across the globe. people visited us from China, India, Venezuela, Cameroon, Nigeria and we couldn’t be more grateful to the @majorgroupcy for the opportunity. I really hope every TDS student is proud of themselves because personally, we are so proud of you!

“then the servant with one talent came and said, “master, I was afraid I would lose your money, so I hid it in the earth and here it is...”
He had such a valid reason. so valid, but that parable taught me that validity is still no excuse to hide the potential God has given you. If you have it, it is so that you can use it.
So start saying yes to whatever responsibilities that demand your potential. Even if you have to work twice as hard to make yourself do it. It’s in the showing up, you eventually become badass. ✨

Focus on the message and not the beauty, okay? This is my personal attempt at NOT gatekeeping something I’ve found impactful. Been a part of since its inception. If you would like to attend the conference, comment “GWR” and I’ll personally send the registration link to your DM. Seeeeee you on the 1st of May at @growwithrenny 4.0. ✨🤍
April 23rd | @olamide_akinalabi and @fabiamekan brought together women in development across different generations to have brunch with two elders. I’m talking women in their 70s and 80s who have given everything to service in this field and are still going. It was such a powerful image for me! To be here in my 80s, still serving. Big thank you to @wisdomcircle_conversations x @adabainitiatives for doing thisss. We ate, we learned, we danced and had such a beautiful, beautiful time! xx
Back when I hadn’t even been in a plane, I used to have the globe on my work desk to remind myself that there was a lot more beyond my immediate realities. 12+ countries later and I still have my globe - but now? Seeing the earth through the lens of the NASA - Artemis ii crew? I’m realizing that beyond whatever height we feel is the limit . . . there will always be more.
Many years ago, I made a commitment to say yes to something that made me very afraid. That ‘yes’ helped me overcome my fear of lending my voice publicly and has put me into many rooms I used to pray for.
On Saturday, through @tds.africa , many young people got a platform to speak publicly for the first time. It was such a beautiful, immersive experience - seeing them dressed as leaders, owning that stage, hearing them speak and committing to also saying yes to the things that made them afraid going forward.
I’m really grateful to be stewarding such an incubator for youth leadership in Nigeria. Thankful for the team co-building this with me and to every changemaker who attended the very first 2026 edition of the Innovation Workshop in Lagos. Rooting for you all! 🫶🏾
To our amazing speaker @seunolagunju ,
Thank you for pouring your knowledge, passion, and experience into the Positivity Summit.
Each session you led added depth, meaning, and inspiration to the event. You did not just speak, you connected. You reminded us of what is possible when purpose meets action, and when greatness is pursued with intention.
Your presence elevated every moment and left a lasting impression on everyone in the room.
We are truly grateful for your contribution and for the impact you have made. Thank you for being a vital part of this journey.
Bold ideas, honest conversations, and nuggets of wisdom.

Had my first in-person podcast feature a few days ago with the Future Project, in celebration of International Women’s Day ✨
When I won the Future Awards Young Person of the Year in 2024, I wasn’t in the country, so it felt really good to finally meet the team in person. We spoke about my journey into leadership, navigating self-esteem, my work with @tds.africa and what it means to lead beyond the title. Loved every bit!
Big thank you to The Future Project x @thefutureawardsafrica for having me, and to @made_seams for making me look so good while at it. 🫶🏾
