In honor of Ali & Jim being included as one of @baltimoreweds Local Love features this summer, I’m reminiscing on every part of their perfect celebration.
They started the morning getting ready @hotelulysses and headed outside for the sweetest first look on the streets of Mount Vernon. From there we headed to @lacucharabaltimore where they had their ceremony, followed by a lunch reception (and make no mistake— their people brought all the dance party energy, even in the afternoon).
Everyone headed back to the hotel for a little midday recharge before their incredible afterparty (which I can’t wait to share about tomorrow ❤️🔥)
One of my favorite parts was that the flow of the day maximized their time with their guests. All too often, I hear couples say that they didn’t even get to see everyone at their wedding, but A&J’s celebration was a day of complete togetherness, and I felt lucky to be able to experience and document that feeling❣️

When this crew is together I’m always reminded of the power of women. The energy shifts, the air feels rarified and everyone feels present.
Huge shout out to @strickleigh for rallying the troops to give our girl @discovercharmcity the Galentine’s celebration she deserved. A few months later, a bit more scaled back and just as intentional as our blowout in Feb.
Forever thankful for mornings like this, gal pals like these and songs that make a 11:30am dance party a given.
