As I sit on my flight getting ready to leave Iceland, I’m thinking about how lucky I have been to visit such an incredible country. I’ll post more as time permits, but for now here’s a couple of the highlights.

Over the weekend I witnessed one of the most strange and exciting performances I’ve ever seen: a true crime metal jazz opera entitled “La Suspendida.” A full string section, an aerialist, an interpretive dancer, and a brutal choir of metal growlers (@growlerschoir ) all accompanied the band @kilter_us and their phenomenal lead shrieker/opera singing frontwoman (@andromedaanarchia ) to create a show unlike anything I’ve ever come across. Three cheers to the über-talented Will Berger (@wbnycity ) and the entire cast and crew. You’ve successfully pushed the boundaries of multiple genres all at once. A show so nice I saw it twice! Very excited to see this again in its final polished form one day.
I’m excited to officially announce that I have joined the @centurymediarecords family as the Product Manager for @insideoutmusic ! I’m so excited to be working with everyone at Century Media, Inside Out, @the_orchard_ , and @sonymusic ! Unfortunately this means I’ll be leaving my role at @skateboardmarketing but I’m thankful for my near half decade of awesomeness over there and excited to jump into this new chapter of my life!
