A few weeks ago I recorded this set for @pnc_radio as part of the RAW event we curated with love✨ A raw and honest mix | built on emotion, movement, and the need to translate feeling into sound. Thanks to RAW for the space and to the artists whose music shaped this journey. Grateful to be part of the @itsrawprod team. Our 2-year anniversary at Bassiani / Horoom was a good reminder of why we started Faction. We built this as a space to connect through music, shared energy, and collective experience. Seeing the dancefloor come alive with that spirit, familiar faces and new connections meant everything. Thank you to everyone who showed up. On April 10th, G2 will host @vulkanski , a pioneering force in Georgia’s electronic music scene, KHIDI resident, and member of the BITE label family. His electrifying blend of pungent, vibrant techno and grinding industrial textures defines a distinct sonic identity. Joining him is @script.ms , one of the standout artists of Tbilisi’s new generation. As the founder of the Faction event series, his sound is fast-paced, groovy, and rooted in proper techno. Completing the lineup is @karinasaakyan_ , an Armenia-based DJ active in Yerevan’s evolving scene. FACTION is a party series and label, a self-organised community of DJs and producers deeply anchored in sonic exploration and collective momentum, and a platform for emerging artists reflecting the dynamic pulse of techno and creating space for new, transformative energy. For the collective’s two-year anniversary club night, its founding trio, Uväll, Gwän, and Script, will take the decks together. Joining them is Nasi, a multi-instrumentalist, composer, improviser, percussionist and cellist, and a member of Metastasis, which has just debuted at Zenaari Records. She also collaborates with Alexander Khokhiashvili as the Nasi & Alexander duo; both are members of the hip-hop, jazz, funk, and soul-influenced collective MokuMoku. Comethisfar, a vinyl purist and techno voyager from Tbilisi, exploring forgotten sonic frontiers and crafting interpretations that bridge past and present eras, going back-to-back with Highlimiter, known for his powerful, fast-paced, groove-driven techno and releases on Fabric, KYSH, Drawner, Duplicity, Anima, Your Character, Planetaria Soundsystem, Ghetthogether, Heist Mode, and Different Sound.
