In New Orleans again for @tales_of_the_cocktail and realized my first trip was 10 years ago. Probably one of the more consequential weeks of my life. I was a Red Coat in the apprentice program and met so many of the people I would eventually work for, work with, and now sell jello to 😂. Here’s me, @cookingissues and @thenickb right after Dave won the spirited award for Liquid Intelligence. Time flies!

Before we get into the tux moment, a quick note about Jack. From the very beginning, he was one of the kindest, most genuinely welcoming people I’ve met. The kind of person who makes everyone feel comfortable, listens with his whole attention, and had us all laughing and crying during his vows. And then came the tux. A custom Marni with stitching details you don’t see every day — subtle, unexpected, and sharp in the best way. Jack carried it with ease. He knew his angles, his presence, and made the whole thing feel effortless while still being completely himself. The way he looks at Angel, the way he loves her, was something I kept coming back to all day. He has a presence that pulls you in. The kind of energy you simply want to be around.
