Barcelona Bits and LisBobs ☀️
I'm definitely not in my greatest shape (neither in terms of power nor commitment) as I kept coming up with challenges that I could not do at all, or not the way I would have liked...
But a couple weeks of sunshine, mountains by the sea, cute people and new training spots were the perfect way to escape gruesome Berlin winter for a bit 😌
Thanks to all the lovely people for hosting, organizing, filming, training and hanging out 🫶

Leftover compilations, part 1:
Cat leap love 😻
These clips are actually mostly from last year... I think I wanted to make some bigger video edit at some point, but then I had some little injuries and I didn't really train for a while... then I forgot about the clips... then I remembered, but was too lazy to post...
Now I figured I should just post these before another year goes by 😅
...more coming soon :)
A lot of new splishs were splashed this summer! 💦
The @fussgaengerpk roadtrip was a bit different this time with fewer people and more injured feet than planned, but it was still a blast!
Big love to all people on board for the wonderful memories 🫶

And shoutout to @dersohneric and @mathis.pk.fr for breaking the 20m jump and inspiring me to do it as well 😱
out there in the concrete jungle 🗿
Slowly rebuilding my mental game after a year of no jumps...
Physically, this armjump was very chill (the jump back was actually harder). I was certain I could do it when I spotted it a week ago, but on that day my mind was stuck in fear.
Yesterday I came back determined to work up to the jump. After cleaning the landing edge, testing the wall grip, and doing the jump twice while secured by a rope, I went to the takeoff again without a rope. I was pleasantly surprised how little hesitation I needed to overcome, and that there was no adrenaline rush during or after the jump.
It didn't feel like a send at all, but more like a gentle expansion of my confidence.
Armjumps at height always intrigued me, and now I want to look for more of them :)
Big shoutout to @aari2312 for belaying me during the prep jumps and filming 🫶
once again, summer is almost here and I had a beautiful weekend in nature with @fussgaengerpk ☀️
even though I also climbed a lot of rocks, I ended up mostly filming tree climbing... probably not very spectacular, but if you want to entschleunigen a little with some forest asmr, go ahead and swipe 🌿
es geht bergauf...
lovely vibes at the #hellosummerjam2025 🌞
thanks to all the locals for organizing! 🫶
and special thanks to

spontaneous car ride @wowa_dik
No sunshine for days, and my right knee still can't take impact... I really lost motivation to move over the last weeks. But sometimes you just gotta go out with the right people 🫶
Once I knew the jump was possible, the added challenge of not being able to choose my take-off foot was actually pretty fun. A good stimulus for my mental game, especially during the bail preps :)
Training at new spots like this one also really rekindles my love for parkour. Maybe it's because I don't have all the jumps in the back of my mind that I used to be able to do there, or that I wanted to do for a long time... A blank canvas 🎨

Big surprise this year in Fontainebleau when I found out that you can actually do bouldering there 🤯
Jokes aside, it was about time! And it’s actually the ideal sport to do while letting my knee surgery heal.
Big props to route scout / crashpad provider / dyno flasher / cameraman @ram_on_foot !
Didn’t film much, but had lots of great sessions with @jo.breh@vive.la.danse@rafa_rough@dersohneric@robimodo@rob_johan@laine_langridge_deeming + the other Brits :)
Honorable mentions to @tom_rumpf and @veronika.afrassca who lent us both their crashpads ❤️
Boulders in order:
L’Oblique (7a): I had to skip the lying-down start because there was not enough space between the ground and the rock. Still took me 2 sessions and I’m super stoked!
Macadam (6a): I did a weird variation which I believe made it easier (heel hook and pocket instead of slopers). Very fun route!
Le Gruyère (4c): Not too difficult once you know what to do, but scary af because of the height, especially when you hang there trying to find the next hold 😅
I believe that I can jump again next year, and that not only means parkour, but also a lot of dynos that I saw @ram_on_foot do :)
One of the most epic @fussgaengerpk roadtrips so far 😎🌊💦
All sun and no rain, but enough water in the rivers to enjoy some great cliffjumping spots, old and new ✨
big love to all peepz who joined ❤️
especially "aquatic Eric" @dersohneric for pushing me... (mentally I mean 😅)
