Had lots of fun on a short sesh flowing yesterday. Saturday at 10:00 in this same spot we will have a little workshop. Come join us:) - - Two weeks ago I pulled my lower back and got really stiff, almost stuck. It turned out that I have my sacrum very weary therefore my pelvis is not aligned. Now I’m figuring out how to dribble this condition, meanwhile, light movement like this can feel really nice. Obrigado Família ❣️ 21 years ago I moved with my mom and brother to Portugal, that’s almost two thirds of my life. Even though I am so grateful for everything i have experienced in my life, I feel like the Luis in Lisbon is incomplete because across the Atlantic on the opposite Hemisphere, the purest part of me lives wholesomely when surrounded by my siblings, cousins, uncles and aunties, and all the wonderful people who are somehow me. Obrigado por este mês cheio de amor. Vocês me fazem completo.

Thailand 23/24: Muay Thai, Scuba Diving. Sticky rice, garlic pepper chicken, passion fruit shake, loving street cats. The sweatiest runs, the warmest ocean water, the easiest scooter life. 9pm sleep. 6am wake up . Everyday soreness, achy joints, infected wounds, pain, more pain, more infection, strength, stronger. Parkour Earth. The Bear, Succession, Monkeyluv. Dreaming for peace, love, hope… Big dreams. All with the best company in the world - Fien Vandendriessche. Thank you Fofis, Thank you Universe.

Some random current thoughts: - Running is addictive because every time you finish a run, you basically won the battle against the constant urge to give up; - When did BMW drivers decide to change for Teslas? - Want your kids to be great at sports? Ask Tim Champions mother where she ordered him; - “Age is just a number” is a quote only used to prove that “Age is not just a number”; - I spent way too long lifetime normalising alcohol. There’s a very thin line between fun and stupid when drinking. I crossed it too many times. Find your line, respect it; - I get anxious when I’m too long without my phone. This is mad; - One immigrant truth is the guilt of going travelling somewhere else than back to your hometown for holidays. Who can relate? - You are lucky to be living life and sharing this ride with all the other humen. This is also super mad. Drop your phone and go enjoy the ride. —— The last meters of my first Half Marathon. 4 months ago running was just boring. Now I go to bed looking forward to waking up for my next run. This feeling reminds me of my early days doing parkour 17 years ago. Love it. #pk4life #running
