CLOSEUP is a new online show about design culture and innovation created by @icff_official and @wanteddesign as an answer to the cancellation of design events in 2020.
Saturated produced and directed the 2-day live stream, along with nine mini-docs following design brands, studios and designers “behind the scenes” in their inspiration process and the making of their products.

Like an always-on TV format, mixing live conversations and pre-recorded video content, CLOSEUP involved more than 30 participants from the current Design scene joining remotely, from different parts of the world, as well as in-person on our live studio set at @industrycity

Anatomy of Saul Bass (3) - We know him more than we think. His work can be found in popular culture through brand logos, posters and, most importantly, title sequences, elevated to the rank of art for Preminger, Hitchcock and Kubrick's films - titles that he often concepted with his wife Elaine.

Here: closing shot for his one and only feature film "Phase IV" that he directed in 1974 and in which a colony of cunning ants takes control of our planet. His own film has no opening title. "Phase IV" only appears in the simplest way on the last shot as part of the narrative, introducing the next phase in ants domination over humans.
