There will be karaoke with special guest Sarin Monae West @sarinmonae sponsored by Rythm @rythm_official food available for purchase, full bar service, music, a raffle, queer owned vendors, delectable plant medicine, and free garden giveaways!
In 2026 we’re welcoming so many new lgbtqia folk to our city! Let’s mingle with our new lovers + friends. Let’s sing our hearts out!! This Pride Kick event is about fostering and strengthening community. This year we’re supporting New Alternatives, @new_alternatives_nyc a non profit organization that assists LGBTQ+ youth and young adults in New York City who are 16 to 30 years of age and homeless or at risk. By raffling off gifts from queer owned brands and businesses ($5). We can raise funds for New Alternatives. All proceeds from raffle will be donated to New Alternatives. Join the Black Artist Network on Sunday, May 17th at 7:15pm for a special community screening of Is God Is — a powerful film featuring incredible artists and community members we are proud to celebrate, including Kara Young, Mallory Johnson, and Sterling K. Brown.
This evening is about more than just watching a film — it’s about showing up for Black artists, building community, celebrating excellence, and experiencing impactful storytelling together. 🎭🖤
BAN has reserved a section of seats so our community can attend together!

($18 movie ticket + $2 donation supporting future BAN programming and events)
