For me, fashion has always been a form of therapy
These images were taken during a time when I chose myself…when I had just stepped into a new space of independence and liberation. And yet, even in that strength, I lost sight of my intuition. I didn’t listen.
Now that the images are finally ready to be shared, it somehow feels full circle as I’m back in that place again. The remembering. The returning.
It’s never just about the clothes.
What we choose to wear is an act of self-love, even when we’re struggling,
You can bring color into your life in times of darkness
Adorn yourself in family heirlooms to keep loved ones close
Dress in shapes that make you move and dance
It’s an unspoken language
A profession of authentic expression
It’s a daily practice. A return to self.
To never settle for less than you deserve.
To honor your intuition and uphold your boundaries.
So, when you get dressed, ask yourself
Does it feel good?
Is it soft on your skin, breathable on your body?
Does it truly reflect your spirit?
The way we get dressed is the way we show up in life.
With intention. With truth. With joy. 💓
