Getting ready to make another sign for Barren Lands First Nation. ❤️
One thing people don’t always see behind sign production is the importance of letting prints “gas off” before laminating and mounting.
After printing, the inks release solvents as they cure. Giving the print time to gas off helps prevent bubbling, peeling, silvering, or adhesive issues later on. It’s a step that takes patience, but it helps make sure the finished sign lasts longer and looks its absolute best. 😎🔥

Our test cut is officially dialed in for an upcoming order with a school we always love working with- Nįtélazёtúë Elementary School in #laloche @nlsd_113 . Here is the first print after a full manual clean on the Roland + a fresh blade install. 🔥
A little insight into what you’re seeing here—WEEDING is the process of removing all the excess vinyl around the design, leaving only the logo behind. It might look simple, but it takes a steady hand, patience, and a properly set cut. (Too deep and you ruin the backing, too light and it won’t peel clean. When it’s just right, everything lifts smooth and satisfying 🙌)
These small b.t.s. steps are what make a big difference in the final product.
