New Release… I’m excited to finally share my brand new speaker demo reel.
This video captures the heart of what I love to do — helping people unlock their potential, lead with purpose, and create meaningful impact in their lives and organizations.
From my journey growing up on Sweetgrass First Nation to speaking on stages around the world, this reel represents more than just highlights — it’s a reflection of the mission I’m committed to every single day.
Grateful for every audience, every opportunity, and every person who has been part of this journey.

Kendal Netmaker Becomes 1st First Nations CSP®
Kendal Netmaker—award-winning entrepreneur, bestselling author, and inspiring keynote speaker—has made history by becoming the first Indigenous person in the world to earn the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA), the premier global organization for professional speakers.
The CSP® designation is internationally recognized as the highest standard of excellence in professional speaking. It is awarded to speakers who demonstrate outstanding stage performance, ethical business practices, and measurable impact with audiences and clients. Achieving this credential requires a rigorous evaluation of experience, business acumen, client feedback, and speaking mastery—placing Kendal among an elite group of speakers worldwide.
This milestone is more than a personal achievement—it represents a significant step forward for Indigenous representation in the global speaking profession. From growing up on Sweetgrass First Nation to becoming an internationally sought-after speaker, Kendal’s journey reflects both his excellence as a communicator and his role as a trailblazer expanding what’s possible for Indigenous voices on global stages.
Known for his powerful storytelling and messages of resilience, leadership, inclusion, and human potential, Kendal continues to inspire audiences across industries and cultures. By earning the CSP® designation, he not only sets a new standard in professional speaking—he opens doors for the next generation of Indigenous leaders to be heard.
Thank you to the Onion Lake Health Board for inviting me to be your keynote speaker at your Community Oral Health Services Knowledge Exchange. It was an honour to be with you all today. Keep moving forward.
Grateful for the journey—and excited for what’s ahead.
Every stage I step onto, every room I enter, I’m reminded that leadership isn’t about titles or perfection. It’s about movement. It’s about action. It’s about people.
This work is rooted in lived experience—turning adversity into action and using leadership as a force that truly moves people forward. Whether I’m speaking with executive teams, organizations, or communities, the message remains the same: progress begins the moment we choose to keep moving forward.
Thank you to everyone who continues to invite me into your spaces, trust me with your people, and walk this path together.
Let’s keep moving forward—together.

Thank you Pamela McCoy-Jones for inviting me to be part of teaching the new Indigenous Entrepreneurship course being offered online this year. We spent the day filing content. Looking forward to the official launch coming soon! Roots & Relations: A Pathway into Indigenous Entrepreneurship offered at the UofA.
Back in 2017, I was starting to make room for my speaking business to become a priority in my life. Restructing my life to allow more freedom to be a keynote speaker. Shifting gears from retail to e-commerce to keynote speaker. I heard about the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. I was not a member and I felt I was under qualified to speak (and too young at the time). I took a chance and registered for their national convention and flew to Ottawa and immediately immersed into a world of other professionals who were gifted to speak around the world. I remember watching all the speakers and trainers and in my mind I thought “I can do that” . From there I hired multiple coaches/teachers/mentors who helped guide me to where we are today.
This year, I was asked to be a MainStage keynote speaker at their event. It was a full circle moment. In my mind I thought “just a boy from rez trying to live his dreams.. Creator allowed me to have this path to eventually help others” - let’s all try help one another…
Thank you CAPS Convention and the CAPS family for inviting me into your circle . And most importantly, thank you to my ancestors who are no longer here, my mom who has sacrificed for me and my siblings and my wife who looks after our children and home life when I am travelling going to events, I would not be able to do this without her.
Let’s keep moving forward together.

Thank you Secwepemc Child and Family Services for inviting me to speak for you. I was able to bring my daughter along on the trip (she’s been bugging dad to take her on a speaking trip). It was an honour, keep moving forward.
