Year 01: Los Angeles
Each year, all collections are rooted in a specific place, shaping the themes, palette, textures, and mood. These locations serve as anchors, guiding design and inviting reflection on transience, belonging, and the meaning of ‘home’.
This past weekend, @bygeorge New Orleans and Hotel Saint Vincent welcomed guests into Chapel Club for an evening of fashion, dialogue, and creative exchange. In collaboration with @materialinstitute_neworleans , the night centered around an intimate conversation with designer @sanderlak and @harpersbazaarus Executive Digital Director @lynettesaid , followed by something a little less structured. Ideas first, then cocktails, then music. From thoughtful to a little unbuttoned, just the way we like it.
Thank you to Sander and Lynette, to our partners, and to the creative community who made it one to remember.

We’re excited to share a new project by @temir_furkan and @oykubastas , a New York–based creative duo originally from Turkey. They met nine years ago in Istanbul and have been working together ever since.
As they describe it, “the focus was on in-between moments, letting the clothes move with the body in a natural way rather than being performed.”
Furkan’s work has been published in M Le Monde Magazine, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Oyku, who became the first Turkish model to walk for Gucci, has worked with Vogue US, i-D, and leading fashion houses, and now focuses on art direction.
