I completed the Supervisor Mentorship Programme with @bectuhairandmakeup at the beginning of this year as a mentee, and it was such a valuable experience.
The workshops and networking sessions were brilliant, especially those led by @suemichaelmakeup and @rmcmua

I was incredibly lucky to have @alarnar as my mentor. She was so generous with her time on our monthly 1:1 calls, always checking in on my progress and helping me reflect on where I wanted to grow. Through those conversations, we identified that my biggest knowledge gap was budgeting. On every job I’ve worked on, at every level, I’d somehow missed being involved in managing the team budget - so it was an area I really wanted to strengthen.
Alana signed me up to the @missionaccompuk budgeting course run by @addieo1975 followed by a really engaging Zoom session with @emmybeech which helped me properly understand departmental budgeting in depth and gave me the confidence to approach it practically on future jobs.
Grateful to everyone who gives their time to make this programme what it is! ✨
