Last and by no means least, may we introduce our final panelist for tonight’s talk: @miss_t_noor
Tanya is an LCF alumni and has been a wigs hair and make up artist for well over 30 years.
During that time she has worked in all areas of the industry including film, tv, theatre and fashion on a wide variety of wonderful productions including, James Bond, Mission Impossible, the Crown, The Great, Wicked and Wicked for Good.
She was head of the make up department on The Phantom of The Opera “The Brilliant Original” for over 20 years and has also worked at The Royal Opera House, Sadler’s Wells, The ENO and was part of the main make up team for the Olympic ceremonies London 2012. She is now the course leader for the Hair Make up and Prosthetics for Performance BA Hons Degree course at London College of Fashion UAL.
With a strong focus on employability Tanya uses her vast professional knowledge, experience and contacts to prepare students for industry. she has also found time to start her own company; Get Set Go Bags, creating originally designed set and kit bags which have been used widely throughout the hair and make up industry for over a decade.

Danielle Everitt is an established Makeup and Hair Designer working across Film, Television, and Commercial sectors, bringing over 14 years of industry experience alongside 12 years in senior educational leadership as a Creative Director.
Danielle’s commitment to raising industry standards through education remains at the core of her work, ensuring graduates are fully prepared to enter the Film, TV, and Commercial industries with confidence, professionalism, and a clear understanding of industry expectations.

Liz is an award winning makeup artist with over 40 years experience in the industry, across film and television, theatre and beauty.
Her artistry has been featured in @vanityfairlondon and @ok_mag , an in 2010 her beauty app was named “best fashion and beauty app” by Oprah Magazine.
Liz now heads The Iver Makeuo academy, overseeing all courses and creative workshops. Under her direction, the academy has earned accreditation and partnerships with Screenskills, NFTS, and film London.

We are seeing an increase in disputes between members and employers who do not have any written terms and conditions to revert too - including the basics like rate, date, etc.
Members who work without a written agreement are vulnerable to exploitation and risk or not being able to legally enforce their rights.
