Another legend I haven’t seen in 20 years and still makes me laugh so much. Soundie @dr_elton_funk and his Partner sold me my first car which got me through the Trainee years and Uni.
So deeply, deeply saddened by the news of Llewellyn's passing.
He truly struck me as a 'talented' Grip; an amazing showcase of creativity, experience and technical skill that that really opened my eyes to what the Department was capable of.
And this man... wow he lived a LIFE. So many more stories, jokes, laughs that we have lost with this incredibly special person.
People like Llewellyn are why I stick around in this Industry; real people, with real backstories, that find themselves on Set because where else could they possibly go... it fits them like a glove and we're all so lucky they chose the Film and TV Circus so we could experience it with them.
Heartbroken, but so glad I got to share time with him. Someone who'd been through so much, but still chose to care. Could've easily been a fighter (and I'm sure he was!) but chose to be a lover. Damnit you'll be missed so much.

I'm really proud of getting to 1st AC B Cam on this, because it's one of very few Narrative projects I've worked on that had broad diversity both in front of AND behind the Camera. It was all the better an experience for it.
Last week I finally scrambled up #helvellyn and, as you can see, I was met by the most glorious of views (well, it’s all there you just can’t SEE ANY OF IT). It was actually very windy and I got a bit scared so now I can pretend I’m super pro.
