THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE CHEESE - Ain't that the truth! I can’t believe it finally launched Ellie and I have been working on this little sucker for over two and a half years. Last month, we threw a HARD LAUNCH with cheese pros Ellie and Sam Studd to toast their new book, The Best Things in Life Are Cheese. From grilled halloumi with lemon leaf to blue cheese martinis, the Lobby was buzzing with flavour, music, and plenty of good times. Big love to everyone who came through and celebrated with us.
