i've never been very fast... BUT I love to run. jog? trot? Whatever you wanna call it.
i ran my first half marathon 10 years ago (ah). And this November I'm running my first FULL marathon. In NYC. As part of the Project Purple team. @projectpurple
My goal is to (1) finish the marathon in one piece. And (2) raise $6,000 for Project Purple in support of their fight for a world without pancreatic cancer. I’m proud to partner with a charity that puts money raised directly toward research and resources provided to those affected by pancreatic cancer & their families. For the next 6 months, I’ll have the donation link in my bio. And I am planning other events and fun ways to raise money so stay tuned!! I appreciate everyone’s support so far!!!
had an idea, thought it was cool. started writing it, still cool. then it felt stupid, but i kept writing it and it still felt stupid, but then it felt cool again. then i was worried it was actually stupid and then i thought, how silly of me i'll finish the song. and here it is!!!!! and yes i lost the lyrics on my computer at the end ❤️

i found some second hand specialties
took 'em home, put 'em on

this leather jacket was handed down
through three generations of pilots who saw the sky

lotta stories they just get lost
like this sundress that might've heard i love you
for the first and the last time,
or this pair of overalls that went through all you go
when you see them two pink lines
the little second hand shop
on the corner of the street
sure it's filled with material things
but they're all stitched up with memories
and i like to think
