Early season Stone’s sheep hunting in the Northwest part of BC is a chance to shake off the rust, dial in the kit, and ease back into the rhythm of the mountains. It’s a trip I think about all off-season.
Long days, warm light, and endless country to glass from sunup to sundown. We covered ground, shared a lot of hard laughs, and spent time in some of the most beautiful sheep country there is.
The sheep we found clung to untouchable terrain—but that’s part of the draw. To stand close to where they stand. To be in awe of where they live.
