Started with:
20 press-ups + 20 dips
Then dropped 1 rep each set all the way down to 5
Stayed at 5 for 3 extra sets
Then climbed all the way back up to 20

Sounds simple… it’s not 😅

Here’s the breakdown:
⬇️ Down from 20 to 5
⏸ Hold at 5 (3 extra sets)
⬆️ Back up to 20

Total sets: 34
Total reps: 820 (because every number = press-ups and dips)

(We got it done in 40mins)
(This is also apart of @corrie_ography normal training set, and he been adding it to the "fitness" section of our artistic development sessions coming real soon)
