A transformation is underway at Seaton 🏡
Nearly 1500 houses are being built in Adelaide’s west, with the second stage of the development now in construction using an innovative new material.
The two-storey homes are being built using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) instead of traditional frames, bricks and plasterboard. The material offers significant sustainability benefits and the potential to cut delivery time by months.
The panels are custom manufactured to design specifications, including door and window openings, and delivered to site for assembly on a traditional slab.
