Poland photo dump. First of all I feel very grateful for all of the life giving experiences it has given me. This one was definitely high on my list. I want to say above anything how damned proud I am of @jordangeistofficial I am representing the 🇺🇸 with his 🥈 performance in his first #WorldAthletics World Championship. I am proud to have been a part of it. He is in a very small minority of athletes to ever medal in their first World Championship appearance. Jordan has a lot more in him to show, I am looking forward to helping him get as much as he can out of himself. I am also proud of how strong the legacy of US Shot Put is, Chase, Roger, Jordan, and Abria, Josh. I got to spend time with them and share my experiences in and out of the ring. Super proud of @chubbydiamonds committing to the changes we are making technically, putting yourself on the biggest stage and committing to a technical change you know is correct can be mentally taxing. Outside of the US Poland is where I competed the most. Tomasz was always an awesome host and is now a good friend. Watching Val Adams Dominate live early in my career was awesome. Getting to see @tomwalshnzl make history as the most decorated male athlete in indoor world history was fitting, I met the punk on the podium in 2014 for his first of his now 11 international medals. This sport has given me a lot. This meet was a super rewarding example of how supportive and interconnected the throws world is. Respect each other, at every level, and this sport will give back to you. I had a damn good time this past week going to one of my favorite countries and spending time watching some of my favorite people carry on a legacy i am proud to have been a part of.
