Founded by world champ Darren Barker & GB boxer Ryan Pickard, we bring authentic boxing, elite coaching, and a stripped-back luxury space to the heart of London.
Here you sharpen your mind, build resilience, and join a community that pushes you to your best.
Legends have walked through our doors, but at 12X3, every member matters. Whether you’re training like a pro or stepping in for the first time, you belong here.
👥 Are you ready? Join our community!
Don’t Slip Inside Unless You Know What You’re Doing.
Slipping inside looks good but it’s risky. You’re stepping into their shot. If you don’t time it right, you’re walking into a problem. Slipping outside keeps you safer. You take away their power and line up your own counters. It’s about smart angles, not just head movement. There’s a time to go inside, but most boxers do it out of habit not intention.
Coach your boxer to understand the difference. One gets you out of trouble. The other can put you in it.

NURSERY - REPTON
From boy to champion , ‘Learning The Ropes’ gives a view into the journey and the ingredients that are in the mix concocted by @reptonboxingclub under the legendary coach Tony Burns MBE
‘A boy comes to me with a spark of interest, I feed the spark and it becomes a flame. I feed the flame and it becomes a fire. I feed the fire and it becomes a roaring blaze.’
- Cus D’Amato
Tony’s life, his character, his charisma, his talent, cannot be encapsulated in a few words.
He was larger than life, a real asset to the world around him. He had a passion for people, and willed them on to fulfill their potential.
I was a young kid who fancied myself as a proper fighter, moved up to the seniors and was mixing with the top fighters at my weight, boy against men, I was game and would walk away from sparring thinking ‘I done well there’ maybe thought I won that spar….. in my naivety…… I didn’t realise I was being looked after, I was 16, these were men! Tony was one of those men, and I never knew I’d been looked after until I was a man myself. He was a Lion, bringing on a cub. That’s family. We were a team, he was my captain, he taught me how to be a captain myself , by example.
I hope we can all remember Cesay’s big character, his laugh, his spark. A proper part of The Repton!
Like I said, it can’t be put into words, but as I sit and think of Cesays passing I’m grateful for him, he was a one off, and wil be missed by many.
Respect 💚💛

‘In all good boxing stories the underdog becomes the unlikely champion – and the tale of Learning The Ropes being the opening documentary at the BFI Southbank’s boxing season is no different.
The self-shot film is set in Repton boxing club in Bethnal Green, which has produced dozens of champion boxers and where notorious East End gangsters, the Kray twins, once boxed.
But the film isn’t about them.
It follows the final years of legendary coach Tony Burns MBE………’

A FILM IN HONOUR OF TONY BURNS MBE
A name known across boxing but only his boxers understood his love as a coach. Burnsy coached more champions than any other and marked his boxers, Repton boxing club, and the sport itself immeasurably. ‘Learning The Ropes’ gives an insight into what this man created.
