Our day with @gbboxing was part of our wider approach to exposing drivers to different high performance environments and learning from elite athletes and coaches across sport.
The session created an opportunity to share insights into the physical, mental, and technical demands of performance at the highest level. From focus and resilience to preparation and execution under pressure, the common ground across both sports was clear.
