Lebanon is burning at the hands of the US-1sr@li regimes and many people are displaced, including my own family. @highhatscommunity have put together this incredible album fundraiser that is now available on Bandcamp featuring my Ti RushRush dub, as well as so many other incredible artists and their music. It is a solid collection of work that you need on those USB’s! 100% of the profits go to Lebanese citizens who need support while their lives are uprooted and destroyed by the g3n0c1dal entity. Link in bio. Thank you all for your support🙏 With love, Fadi ❤️🇱🇧

I am the son of two immigrant parents who come from Lebanon. Although I was born in Australia, the only language I could speak as a child was Arabic until I had started school. I grew up with tales about our country, of our people, our history and our struggle. As I grew older and began to understand the history of our political system and its colonial roots, I could see that our division has been instrumental keeping our people oppressed. The lyrics are written as an anthem of unification and solidarity, as the mere geography of Lebanon has become a product of its fragmented political structure. The chorus translates as “From the South to the North, raise your hands up my brethren”. Just as we saw at the height of the recent protests, our spirit is still in tact and writing this song was an opportunity for Eddy (Human Movement) and I to try and tap into that. We couldn’t be more proud of who we are, where we come from, and our beautiful country, our people and our language. Long live Lebanon.

Mar7aba! my new single with @runprowler drops tomorrow. “Baladna” I played out for the first time at A Human Movement Party back in July, and the reaction it got was so special as this is probably the first song that really hits an emotional chord for Fadi and I. Baladna translating to Our country is an ode to Lebanon from the diaspora and a call for Lebanese unification from the jnoub (south) to the shmeel (north) against US imperialism and Israeli Zionism. Baladna out everywhere via @galleryrecs 🇱🇧

He’s Not Here is a short film I have the honour of composing some music for. This story follows the life of Joseph, Charbel and Yvette in Bankstown circa 2009 and explores the world of a teenager who is discovering himself whilst also dealing with grief and loss. NRG and Trance were sounds that shaped this generation and I am beyond excited to deliver a soundtrack. Donate link is in my bio! Your support is greatly appreciated, supporting local talent and cultural projects like this one keeps the arts alive!

Over the last two years the common theme has been exposure. Exposure to injustice, exposure to mutilation and starvation, exposure of governments and their depravity. Exposure to the extents that those within the capitalist system at the very top are willing to go to maintain their wealth and how little they care for the working class. There is no greater time to get political than now, especially as an artist. KKR is a puzzle piece in this genocide against the Palestinians which is being orchestrated by Israel and funded by America. In January 2025 KKR bought out boiler room, tying it directly to the genocide and making it whitewashing machine for colonialism. All those who have participated or attended have contributed to funding the war machine that continues nearly 700 days of active starvation bombing and merciless occupation. This is a 78 year old tale of injustice that has reached boiling point over the last two years. For all my fellow artists out there who want to come together to boycott boiler room, see the link in my bio. Stand on the right side of history and know that your wallet is a weapon against injustice and where you spend your money and the money that you generate through your platform can have a huge impact. Boycott not only boiler room but all associated brands and companies which have a direct affiliation with Zionist entity and genocide. Visit @bds.movement for more information. Free Palestine 🇵🇸 and let’s keep going until we are all free. Resist for humanity.
