So delighted to be one of the eleven artists exhibiting @thehughlane for Bones in the Attic, fabulously curated by @vicmevans . The preview is next Wednesday 10th August at 6.30pm. It would be great to see you there, I’m in very fine company as you will see!
So thrilled to be featured in the @guardian this weekend with the other amazing 25 artists showing at @festival_circulations in Paris.
Special focus on Ireland this year for the festival with the support and collaboration of @centreculturelirlandais - in our space within the festival - artists @donal.talbot@ellenblairphoto and @1eurofiddy

An amazing experience exhibiting @festival_circulations with artists from all over Europe. Showing expanded and immersive installation based conceptual work. Thank-you to all the organisers and to the beauty of Paris!
Delighted to have my project reviewed in @sourcephotographyreview ’s latest edition, HOSTILE — an issue reflecting on the immigrant experience.
The work featured in my portfolio review is from Between Dog and Wolf @lismorecastlearts , curated by @paulmcaree for A Space for Lismore 2025. This project was developed in collaboration with a group of brilliant people seeking asylum in Ireland and in a hotel adjacent to the castle walls.
Together, we walked through the gardens at night. They spoke about plants they recognised from home — their names, their uses, their memories.
Photographs were made on disposable cameras during these walks, and later workshops explored lumen prints and phytographs, working with plants and alternative processes. In the studio, I created a series of anthotypes using plants that surfaced in our conversations.
It was great to be paired with the writer Nora Labo, who framed this project with sensitive, incisive insight.
The nettle anthotype now appears on the front cover of this issue, alongside powerful work by @conorhorgan and @davidjshawphoto
Huge thanks to @rachel_macarre , @paulmcaree , @miriamoconnor , and @coconut_mule@mike_smalle__@captainpompom2042@sourcephotographyreview for the support and dialogue around this work and gratitude to @artscouncilireland and @tomflanaganstudio

The catalogue to accompany ARCHIPELAGO has just been published.
The RHA invited artists to respond to the spatial magnitude of the largest gallery in Ireland, with many responding to the open spaces with in-the-round works to create something beyond the typical photo show.
The catalogue, priced at €15, is available now from the RHA.
Please email [email protected] to enquire about P&P.
