Three years ago, I herniated 4 disks and severely herniated my L4-L5 disk in my spine, impinging the sciaic nerve that runs down my right leg. It was nearly a year before I could walk properly again. I will always have pain and numbness... It was a long road back to where I am today. I can't say everything is like before, my body has changed, and some things will never be the same. There are moves that I will never be able to do. But still... I came back. You can come back too, maybe in a different way, maybe not exactly as before, but for something you love, you'll adapt, you'll grow... ....and you'll discover your new you. Never give up on yourself.
