Today we placed our first yard sign to spread the word locally, and it hit me… this festival was created for YOU.
In 2019, I was a burned out nurse leader battling anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. I took a leave from healthcare feeling like I had failed.
Then I attended a gathering like this. People sat in circles. Danced freely. Cried by the fire. For the first time in years… I felt understood without even needing to share my story.
That experience changed my life forever.
Frequency Flow Fest was born from that moment, a space for our local community to recharge, reconnect, heal, and remember they’re not alone.
This isn’t just a music festival. It’s a reset for the people who spend their lives caring for everyone else. Allow us to hold you.
