I’ve been watching @auttumnnortonmma perfect her unique style for a while now. It was a thing a beauty to watch her implement it in her last fight 👊

Film 🎞️ roll- was gonna share after @ace_espinoza03 fight but since his opponent pulled out and the fight is off I’ll share now. Good times, he got a lot better throughout this camp. Thanks to everyone who helped, especially @adriancha775 for stepping up and becoming a coach now, he’s probably one of the most well rounded guys out here in Reno so he has a lot of knowledge to share and @dot357mag for kicking off the sparring and staying consistent with it and @jennerjohn for sharing his gym for so many sparring rounds. It was a good alliance with the Black Diamond crew. #filmphotography #film #photography

This video does a great job showing what a first lesson looks like. I always start with the fundamentals- stance, guard, footwork, proper punching mechanics. As you can see Tyler did a great job his first lesson. If your interested and learning these basics or you’ve been training for a while but feel you haven’t learned the fundamentals let me know if you would like to do a lesson 🥊

One of my teenage students who has come a long way! Really proud of the progress. Like I said I train all types of people, from pro fighters to people who want to learn for self defense and fun. Thanks for the video @amy.arias269

I first started teaching and coaching in 2009. I was just a young fighter at the time but was thrown into a role as a coach and teacher. After that I realized I found more value in helping others than chasing my own personal glory. Since then I’ve trained pro and amateur MMA fighters, kickboxers and boxers. But I’ve also trained every day folks who just want to learn how to defend themselves and learn the technique for fun as well. So if you’re a fighter who needs help with some technical training or if you’re just someone who wants to learn for fun and self defense. Let me know, I can help. I think its fair to say some of the best if not most of the best fighters in this town have brought me on to help them with pad work and training at one time or another and I know I’ve taken some everyday people who never wanted to compete and turned them into something very formidable. So if you’re interested in a lesson, DM and let me know 🥊
