Last summer, I enjoyed the privilege of editing a feature film on-location in the south of France. Now, I’m thrilled to share the news that, “OUR FATHER, THE DEVIL”, will make its US premiere at the TRIBECA Film Festival on JUNE 12th (and more screenings on June 15th and June 18th). In 2019, I edited a short film entitled, “No Traveler Returns”- directed by Ellie Foumbi. That film will be screening at the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture .... It’s part of a symposium on Immigration and the changing dynamic of Blackness running April 16-18 curated by @creatively_speaking . I will be proud to represent an ascending Black woman director and this thoughtful film at the event.
