“On this day” my phone just reminded me of that time we made a music video for
@dieorangen “Sonne” .. shot half
@alvastudios and the other half in
@gilbeygilbey ‘s living room. Sadly the final cut never made it to the internet but the process was still enjoyable. Making a miniature set that fits on a kitchen table requires a lot less logistics and manpower then the ones I usually do… Also finding the exact toy replica of
@gilbeygilbey yellow Volvo was extremely satisfying.
The concept of the video by
@benkelwaystudio was of two members of the band (
@dreemsdreems and
@krisbaha ) going on a road trip across the Australian outback in a yellow Volvo powered by orange juice, where they then pick up a hitchhiker who it transpires is some kind of shamanic bass playing man (true for real life too)
