Encompassing 96,000 SF over three continuous floors, @adyen ‘s workplace was designed to foster a welcoming, employee-first environment. The space features open workstations, huddle rooms, a commercial kitchen, a full service coffee bar, and a terrace that complements the lunch room. The 8th floor features a speakeasy, ideal for perfect for both client and employee entertainment. Redmond’s scope also included the construction of a new internal stair connecting levels 7 and 8, along with refinishing the existing interconnecting stair from level 6 and 7.
It was a pleasure collaborating with our partners at @pbdchicago , @salasobrien , RIVOT, and @insidesourceinc to bring this space to life. Special shoutout to our Redmond team—Brendan Gallo, Luke Miller, and Gary White—for their hard work delivering this project.

Designed as a modern extension, this annex space balances contemporary materials with dynamic lighting to create an immersive, tech-forward atmosphere.
The approach to this industrial loft office uses dark, saturated tones to play off the warmth of exposed timber beams and light common brick, creating a space that feels both elevated and authentic.
Inside the historic Board of Trade, this commercial annex was designed to support the team’s growth. Strategic use of color defines communal spaces, creating a rich contrast to the sun-drenched open office. A continuous green wall extends into the conference room, adding visual interest and carving out a custom credenza.
