BTS With @nicole_castillo I like to do the liner with the eye open to see where it lays. Makes sense since the eyes will remain open and not closed. When I have to knock out a look in 15min I will start with the eyes because it’s easier to clean up before foundation. Mohammad Ali used to say “Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee”I have this phrase going in my head as I do liner.
