We’ve only just recovered from this past weekend, and I’m honestly speechless. 🥹😍 I can't find the words to thank everyone who stayed with us from start to finish during this incredible closing season. Time flies when you're having such a great time together.  Every time, you show us so much love and passion. By healing the wounds of our lives and yours, we let ourselves get lost in the music, leaving our problems behind at home for 24 hours. Bassiani Podcast 301 sees Italian DJ/producer Rorschack (Augusto Candeloro) take the reins with his streamlined take on psytrance, techno and groove-driven beats. Taranto born and Milan based, he joined Rome’s Timeless posse and their 12-hour raves in 2013, before starting up his own venture under the epithet Closer (Milan). Under the latter, his supervision and ongoing residency fuse connection and a tight curatorial approach that have left the city under his spell and cast a longer shadow on some of Europe’s hottest venues: FOLD, Tresor, Gare Porto, et al. His studio releases count labels like Fides, ANAOH, Out Of Place and Groove Disorder among its list of outlets, and a string of his self released work bears on its covers his namesake’s shapeless mark. His rapidly-sequenced beats too, offer the kind of deep immersion from which a chain reaction of free-association and body movement find both personal meaning and sharper form: this is the kind of techno that calls for gut understanding more than rationalized approach and dance as the solution. For this latest episode, the beats roll on: 85 minutes of purist, thumping sounds, killer frequencies from a master of the genre.

We present you the first artist of our next Event at Baalsaal on March 20th. Augusto, aka Rorschack, was born in Taranto into a family of musicians. Trained early on keyboards and drums, he later transitioned to DJing, refining his sound in Rome and Florence before joining the Timeless crew in 2013, alongside Subwoofer and key LGBTQI parties. Rorschack’s sets encapsulate a mélange of electronic, fast future-techno and psytrance into intense, immersive journeys. With a sharp instinct for reading the room, he forges a powerful connection with the crowd, transforming the dancefloor into a shared, almost tribal experience, drawing bodies and minds into a swirling vortex of rhythm and energy. This approach has taken him to renowned venues such as FOLD London, Tresor, and Gare Porto. In 2015, he co-founded Closer Milano, helping reshape the city’s techno landscape. A major highlight came with his standout set at Stone Techno Festival 2025, which expanded his international profile. In 2018, he moved to London to pursue his artistic vision, quickly embedding himself in the city’s underground scene and performing at a range of venues and raves across the capital.
