BAH!! Tonight’s class was so inspiring! This combo was a challenging one for all (myself included) and to know that everyone in the space was willing to fight with me was so beautiful to witness. So many different “levels” and backgrounds in one room, but the common ground we all found together was not giving up and support for one another. I’m so grateful to be able to experience such wonderful souls and energy at @mdcnashville tonight.

I’ve seen this woman in everyone’s class, and it’s showing up in her dancing because she is becoming such a versatile dancer. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part in your journey. Last Fall, I was invited to connect and create with the dancers at Samford University. It was truly an honor and pleasure to work with @samforddancecompany this past year!
Huge thank you to Alisa McCool for the invitation, @marygracerowell for assisting, @carolynerowell22 for being the ultimate hype man, and most importantly all the lovely dancers I got to work with! It’s truly an experience and memory I’ll treasure.

We had a GOOD TIME! First competition in the books!! So proud of all the @smarttsteps kiddos that got out there and shined so bright. Most importantly my favorite part was watching all the dancers support and love on each other all weekend! Because that’s what it’s really all about! We’re all here to grow and be kind and loving humans! It’s always just dance, and the people will always matter more! And I looooove dance! So do proud!
