Our West Village project, featured in

A proud moment for us—this one is especially close to home: partner Jessica Kamel’s own townhouse in the heart of the Village.
The house had beautiful bones, but the layout didn’t support real family life. We reworked the garden level, relocating the kitchen to create a bright, square space that opens directly to the outdoors. Upstairs, two awkward rooms became one serene, light-filled bath, anchored by a soaking tub from London and custom double vanity.
Throughout, the materials are intentionally quiet—limewashed walls, natural oak, aged brass, and soft textures. Vintage European pieces mix with custom millwork and contemporary lighting to strike a balance between old and new, edited and effortless.
Sharing a few favorite corners here.
