Our West Village project, featured in @archdigest A proud moment for us—this one is especially close to home: partner Jessica Kamel’s own townhouse in the heart of the Village. The house had beautiful bones, but the layout didn’t support real family life. We reworked the garden level, relocating the kitchen to create a bright, square space that opens directly to the outdoors. Upstairs, two awkward rooms became one serene, light-filled bath, anchored by a soaking tub from London and custom double vanity. Throughout, the materials are intentionally quiet—limewashed walls, natural oak, aged brass, and soft textures. Vintage European pieces mix with custom millwork and contemporary lighting to strike a balance between old and new, edited and effortless. Sharing a few favorite corners here. Thank you to @archdigest @zoesessums @davidfoxley @alevasseur1 for telling the story! We’ll never get tired of a good arch moment! 🤍 The family room in our Captains House project came together exactly how we hoped! Just warm and not overdone. The furniture is all custom Ronen Lev, designed specifically for the dimensions of the space. We always try to respond to every DM so if you have something in mind, reach out. Our goal is always to create spaces that feel as good as they look. The formula here: warm wood tones, limewashed walls and soft textiles. The primary bath at our Captain’s House project was all about materials and symmetry. Bianco Dolomiti and Blue de Savoie form a patterned stone floor, the walls are finished in @bauwerkcolour limewash, adding a soft, lived-in texture, warm walnut millwork and aged brass fixtures bring depth and warmth, and crown mouldings add a sense of charm. We chose each material for its tone, richness, and the way it will evolve over time. West Village living room - “timeless, human, and lived in.” “The living room of the West Village town house that interior designer Jessica Kamel of firm @ronenlev_ shares with her husband and their three school-age children. A Ronen Lev–designed sofa, chaise and ottoman. The upholstered Rose stool by Jacques Doucet was sourced from the @theinvisiblecollection while the plaster sculpture in the corner is by Conie Vallese.” @davidfoxley @archdigest Photo: @nicole_franzen Styling: @britt_albert #westvillage #ronenlev #warmmodern #interiordesign #townhouse

A soft touch of blush in this sweet Sag Harbor powder room. The powder room, pantry, and kitchen all live within the extension we added to the original house. The goal was for the new spaces to feel completely natural to the home, as though they had always been there. In our West Village townhouse project, the staircase quietly guides movement through the home, from floor to floor to floor… this one has 5 total! Photo: @nicole_franzen #ronenlev #ronenlevinterior #warmmodern #westvillage #townhouseinspo

Captains House living room. This cozy corner is intentionally without a rug. Our client @tracyandersonmethod asked for a place where the furniture could be moved aside so she could use the space to develop her work. We love seeing her content filmed in this special corner! Captains House Primary Bedroom. In the primary bedroom the wall for the headboard sits between two openings, leaving us without much of a wall to work with. We designed a custom bed with integrated nightstands built directly into the headboard. Upholstered in @lamaisonpierrefrey for warmth and texture, and paired with handmade @coxlondon pendants to keep the space feeling light and uncluttered.
