My current happy place ✨ Facilitating Guided Nonsense. A format that somehow holds all the things I love most: movement from physical theatre, dance & improv plus lots of free play, improvisation, and not-knowing-what-comes-next. Guided Nonsense is a space to explore. To listen to yourself and the group. To follow impulses. To reconnect with your body. There’s no goal to reach. No form to achieve. (No pressure to be funny even though laughter usually sneaks in anyway.) What we’re really practicing is something much simpler and much deeper: finding a true expression of who you are in that moment. Play was the very first skill we learned as babies. As adults, it often falls asleep somewhere along the way. Here, we gently wake it up again 🌀 In play, we drop into the present moment, create fantasy worlds together, and share them: without explanation, without performance. For me, it’s one of the most honest ways of connecting and communicating with others. And I’m always amazed by the calm, glowing joy people leave the sessions with 💛 These photos are from our first 4-hour deep dive — 4 hours of play, nonsense, softness, and very happy faces. ✨ Join us for the last Guided Nonsense session in January: 📍 Thu, 22 Jan · 18:30–20:30 📍 90mil 💌 Sign up: [email protected] 📸 by @montano__eva

I‘m introducing: La Famille Serviette 💦 Claudia, who used to belong to a german Kleinfamilie who would take to an all-inclusive resort in Mallorca and leave her outside, all by herself, at six am on a sun lounger.👙 Thomas, the personal towel from a famous rapper, also called Thomas, who got stolen by a fan. 🎤 Ruth, who used to be a hotel towel in the prestigious Ritz hotel in Paris. She was thrown out after they changed the color concept of the rooms and she didn’t match anymore.🏨 And Bob, a community towel who was washed too often with mixed colors ( without softener) which made him turn from white to pink over the years🧺. They all left their questionable past behind in order to pursue their dreams and become SHOW TOWELS.✨ After their grant debut at @sisyphosberlin , they are open for new engagements. Feel free to reach out and get hooked!

How can we facilitate honest and meaningful connections that invite the participants to play and discover new facets of themselves? 🦞 Together with @__feelthemarilove__ and @lucyfourgs , we‘ve been exploring this question in our workshop experiences. In each of these workshops there is a moment where we as facilitators just look at each other with a big smile on our faces, witnessing the participants sharing moments of vulnerability, silliness and play with each other ✨ Thanks to @duna_tura for inviting us to bring the „Sexless orgy“ to the island. And big thanks to @pinkypromise.world for giving us the space to bring the „Sexless orgy“ and „The art of intimate connection“ to @boomfestivalofficial 🌈 This one has been extremely special with 300+ people standing in a giant circle, weaving a carpet of sound together 💕 A moment i will never forget. Thanks for capturing the moments to @jaredphilippo1 and @spark.of.jen 💋
