My current happy place ✨
Facilitating Guided Nonsense.
A format that somehow holds all the things I love most:
movement from physical theatre, dance & improv plus lots of free play, improvisation, and not-knowing-what-comes-next.
Guided Nonsense is a space to explore.
To listen to yourself and the group.
To follow impulses.
To reconnect with your body.
There’s no goal to reach.
No form to achieve.
(No pressure to be funny even though laughter usually sneaks in anyway.)
What we’re really practicing is something much simpler and much deeper:
finding a true expression of who you are in that moment.
Play was the very first skill we learned as babies.
As adults, it often falls asleep somewhere along the way.
Here, we gently wake it up again 🌀
In play, we drop into the present moment,
create fantasy worlds together,
and share them: without explanation, without performance.
For me, it’s one of the most honest ways of connecting and communicating with others.
And I’m always amazed by the calm, glowing joy people leave the sessions with 💛
These photos are from our first 4-hour deep dive —
4 hours of play, nonsense, softness, and very happy faces.

✨What must be un-dreamed in order to truly arrive in Berlin?✨
Somewhere in the basement of @mahallaberlin , a group of strangers followed a trickster creature into a flickering chamber of machinery, memory, and ash.
This was 🫧The Chamber of Lost and Forgotten Dreams🫧: a surreal rite of passage created to mark the arrival of a very special someone in Berlin, part of a three-day journey lovingly curated and produced by @paulinemarieantoinette 💜
I was asked to craft an experience that would open the threshold.
So I asked myself:
What is the most important thing to know when coming to Berlin?
And the answer came:
Berlin is not a city of fulfillment.
It doesn’t care for what you expected.
This city doesn’t want your certainty.
It’s a city of becoming.
Your dream is now compost. Let it rot.
Something stranger will grow.
Each guest wrote down the dream that brought them here and placed it into a metal bowl. It was set on fire.
Then — from the ashes — we built a new one:
A shared, sideways dream.
A dream that wiggles. That resists interpretation.
No goals. Only gravity.
This wasn’t just a performance.
It was a letting go. A soft glitch. A beginning.
