What a run…
My youngest daughter, Phoenix, spent three years in 8U softball—and somehow it felt like both forever and not long enough. She truly balled out every season, and I was lucky enough to coach alongside some great teams and people.

I’m beyond grateful to have been part of each of these teams. Big shoutout to Coach Shane—your leadership made a huge impact, and I learned a lot from you along the way.
To me, coaching starts with seeing potential in each player—then helping develop their mindset so they become smart, confident athletes. It’s about putting in the work: the reps, the consistency, the confidence-building. Most importantly, it’s teaching them to enjoy the process so they want to keep playing and growing.
