Training for a marathon was a humbling experience for me - classic ‘it’s a marathon not a race’ cliche applied…
my ego took me down and achilles tendinitis ensued. honestly more than a few moments I didn’t think I would get it done… (including on the day)
thank you @romyjosephina and my family for allowing me the privilege of doing this, supporting at home (and away) training would have been impossible otherwise.
I’ve never run a race before.. and never felt an atmosphere like it.

😭 Been a huge fan of @eli1ah and his 🟨 project for a minute.
His words are motivating at a time when things have felt overwhelming for a lot of people working in music.
His collaboration with @jammzthemyth is super inspiring and absolute fire ➡️ ( still can’t get over jammz recorded his vox in 6HRS with @sanj.wav@ten87studios )
