Not just the son of #VictoriaLockwood – the 1980s muse of both Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein, and once Countess Spencer – he is also brother to former Tatler cover stars the Spencer sisters. It’s in the genes.
Now something of a fitness influencer, Sam’s introduction to the world stage came in 2022 when he was still a schoolboy: he escorted his elder sister #KittySpencer down the aisle with his brother, Viscount Althorp, and became the target of much digital fanfare. While it was her big day, it remains one of Samuel’s proudest.
With another sister from the close-knit clan, #ElizaSpencer, set to wed following her engagement last summer, will Sam reprise his role at another society ceremony?
