Hello everyone š
If youāre new here or just donāt know me, hi Iām Robert and welcome to my digital creative journey.
If you like desk setups, cool products, design and most importantly cats⦠then youāre in the right place!
Feel free to ask me anything in the comments and Iāll make sure to answer š
Here are the Sony camera settings I use when creating content.
Probably the thing youāll all say, is why Iām not shooting in S-Log. And the reason is⦠I donāt know how š
Itās something I want to dedicate some time to actually learn, but for now, S-Cinetone works great and creates that warm and cosy feeling I want from my footage.
Everything else is pretty standard I would say, but I hope you all find this useful into how I set up my Sony A7IV.

I feel like a lot of people, as soon as they hear that you used AI in your creative process, think that the entire final result was generated in their minds.
But there are so many different ways to use AI in your workflow.
For instance, I like to use AI in the moodboarding stage in Adobe Firefly, where I can combine inspiration images and photos of my clientsā spaces, so I can see clearly what shots might work best over others, which just takes a lot of the guesswork out when it comes to the actual shoot.
But let me know how you like to use AI, whether thatās in photography, design, or anything creative.

As you all know, I love my lamps, and thatās why Iām so picky about which lamps I decide to keep in my home. Govee Lantern Floor Lamp definitely isnāt leaving my home!
The overall design is so clean and minimal, which really fits my style. I especially really like the marshmallow shade, as I know if my cats knock over the lamp, it wonāt break.
So if youāre looking for a new lamp for your home, office/desk setup, look no further!

A new addition to my office, the Cestita Lamp by @santacole
This lamp has been on my wish list for a long time.
Something about the opal lighting, been wrapped by the wood frame, just screamed out to me.
Something after many years of it being on my Pinterest board, I ideally picked it up.
However, it canāt sit on my desk. Because I have a plant on the shelf above, I water drips down on the wood frame and creates water stains š¢
So maybe I just need to look into if I can add a finish on top, to make it water resistant, Iām not sure š¤
But let me know what you think of this beautiful lamp š”

Hello May.šŖ“
Finally, my favourite colour of the pack!
May is one of my favourite months. The sun is coming out, I can finally eat ice cream outside without being judged and my birthday is around the corner, which isnāt a good thing anymore as my back is hurting more each day. š
Anyway, comment āCalendarā and Iāll send you a link to the wallpaper š

I recently went on a trip to Poland, so I thought why not design a website hero section based on my photos šµš±
This actually came at such a great time, as I discovered a tutorial on the @wixstudio YouTube channel, showing how to create this really cool loading animation and thought it would be perfect for my Poland photos.
It did involve a tiny bit of code, but it wasnāt anything too daunting and I think the design looked really nice in the end.
If I was going to go all out on this, it would be cool to make it into a parallax, where the image would move with the mouse, to make it almost 3D.
But maybe Iāll try that in the future!

Maybe the title is a bit clickbaity, but itās kind of true.
Although I feel like I know what Iām doing when it comes to photography, I still make mistakes and fortunately, there are simple AI tools, like the ones in Photoshop, Lightroom, Firefly, etc., that allow us to get the best possible outcome out of our shot.
Everyone has their own line that they wonāt cross when it comes to using AI tools, but for me, itās using AI tools in ways where I wouldnāt feel comfortable showing the image to a friend, family member, or to all of you and confidently saying āI shot thatā.
So whether you use AI tools for photo editing like me, mood-boarding, or in any other creative way, I think so long as you are upfront and open about it, thatās all that matters.
But let me know what you think, am I crossing the line?

Back to Paper š
Iāve tried a lot of apps to try and organise my life and although I do like and still use some of them, you just canāt beat paper.
So these are my daily paper products that I use to help me not go crazy:
⢠Dotted Notebooks - @pithsupply
⢠Analog Weekly - @ugmonk
⢠2026 Monthly Planner - @markandfold
⢠Kuru Toga - @uniball_uk
My system is definitely still a work in progress. I find it really difficult to regularly organise my day/week/month, when I work by myself at home, as thereās no one to keep me on my toes, besides myself.
But if you have any suggestions of how I can get my work and personal life more organised, please fell free to leave a comment š

I recently went to Poland and course I brought my camera šµš±
The majority of these shots was shot on my Sony A7CII and the Sony 70-200mm f/4 and some using a Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8, for those wide snowy mountain shots.
It was such a nice but short trip to Poland. We managed to cram in so much stuff and it was definitely one of the best trips Iāve been on in a long time. So hopefully I will be able to come back one day!
All in all, it was a great trip to Poland!

Hisense very kindly let me tag along on their trip to Germany, to check out some of their new releases.
It was honestly such a fantastic day, being able to meet new people, other creators, and see some amazing new tech. But it did make me feel a bit sad having to come back to the TV that I have at home, after seeing their new RGB MiniLED range.
So maybe thatās something Iāll have to treat myself to before the World Cup starts!
