Composer @rob_simonsen has been in the game for decades, writing music for @strangerthingstv , @Ghostbusters : Afterlife, 500 Days of Summer, @thewhalemov , and more. Most recently Simonsen was tasked with finding the sound for @marvelstudios ’ #DeadpoolAndWolverine.

What a beautiful night of music with fellow composers Daniel Pemberton, @martin.phipps1 , @anthonybwillis , and Elliot Goldenthal, conducted by @dirkbrosse . The orchestra played suites from The Age of Adaline, The Adam Project and The Whale. It was wonderful to have Winne Clement join and play his overtone flutes on The Whale suite. Thank you @fmf.krakow and @robert_piaskowski for bringing me and @filharmonia.krakow for playing my music with so much heart.
After a fruitful collaboration with Darren Aronofsky on The Whale, he called me to see if I was up for joining him on “this crazy thing in Vegas” (The Sphere as we all know it now). He told me about it and of course I was in. The immersive and tech boundary pushing aspect immediately made me think this would be a great thing to do with my Echo Society brethren.
Everyone came in and brought their A-Game. A true collaboration.
So happy to work with Darren again, and great to have our first score as The Echo Society under our belts.
