The week just kept getting better and better… Mountains, beaches, forests, tulip fields, and dogs all in the same week? My cup is so full from the past 9 days of outdoor adventures in both rain and sunshine!! 🫶🏻 Since you guys loved our last post showing you a real week in the life of two busy Vancouverites, here’s Part 2, an honest recount of what happened over the week or so. Save this for inspo of things to do in Vancouver in the spring ❤️ We love post-work side quests! Even with working multiple jobs, we try to get outdoors and make the most of the increasing daylight hours every day. Step out onto the top of the world on the Cloudraker Skybridge, situated on the 2,182-metre summit of Whistler Mountain. 🏔️✨⁠ ⁠ This 130-metre suspension bridge stretches from Whistler Peak to the West Ridge, making it one of the highest suspension bridges in North America. To access the Cloudraker Skybridge, you will first take the Whistler Village Gondola to the Roundhouse, followed by a short hike to the Peak Express Chair, where you will be transported to the very top of the mountain.⁠ ⁠ As you arrive, you will be greeted by the iconic Inukshuk and breathtaking views of the Coast Mountain Range, including the striking silhouette of Black Tusk Mountain and the sparkling turquoise waters of Cheakamus Lake. This Vancouver group hike was truly the best thing ever🥹 The fact that everyone came out to hike Brockton Peak on Feb 22 despite the terrible weather, and proved that new friendships can be built under harsh circumstances… And then MORE friends came out to the pub hang after… All of this filled our hearts to the brim and left us wanting more ❤️ 💧Better yet, each hiker received a gift from @hydrapak this hike!
