⏰ Should you do it in 1 or 3 days?!

🏔️ 1700–2300 m of elevation gain, depending on how many peaks you climb.
🪢 Technical and great Fitness
🧭 Around 10–14 glaciers, multiple cols, and endless views
Download maps on Gaia and plan your route carefully. Know your exits and have Plan B and C ready beforehand.
✅✅suggested kit for **1-day push** and **3-day traverse**
🌠 **1-Day Push**
✅ Transceiver, probe, shovel, ~32L pack
✅ Glacier gear + rope (adjust length of rope depending on # of people in your group)
✅ Repair kit, first aid kit, hypothermia kit, headlamp
✅ Hellyhansen Puffy pants + jacket, extra base layer top, toque, hat, sunglasses, shell, 2 sets of gloves, helmet
✅ Radio, GPS/communication device, emergency bivy
✅ Electrolytes, plenty of quick food + favorite snacks, sunscreen, thermos with broth
✅ Skins, ski crampons, glop stopper, ice axe. Boot Crampons.
🌠 **3-Day Traverse**
Same as above, but I use a ~42L pack and skip the emergency bivy.
✅2 extra socks, one more base layer kit, puffy winter boots!
✅ 4-season tent or tarp (Nemo Tent❤️)
✅ Nemo Winter sleeping bag + insulated mat
✅ Jetboil + 1 gas canister, thermos, utensils
✅ Quick dinners, good lunches, coffee, plenty of snacks, solid breakfasts, electrolyte (Tenacle)
